social media is all about connecting so make it super easy for people that want to connect to you, to connect to you. Best way to do this - place your linkable social media icons front and center on your website or blog. When we built the Sweetline blog, we wanted to make sure our readers (like you!) had access to our twitter feed and the blog's RSS so we placed them right on our site. A lot of of sites have their social media icons in their site map, hidden away in their about section - we say place 'em out in the open.
